Me about myself:

When I am asked why I chose this profession because it has to do with the pain of the other person, there is only one answer:

Because the pain and the memory of the experience can be changed and solved. It doesn't have to stay that way.

Fear, panic, emotional pain, all of these are often signs of a trauma or highly stressful experience that has not yet been processed.
When I was 18, I was a passenger in a car accident. The shock of the experience was so strong that to this day I cannot remember all the details. After several weeks I felt better again, but something had changed. EmergingFear when another car brakes hard, constant back pain and stiffness and avoidance behavior... all classic symptoms of a trauma that hasn't yet been processed... but I didn't know that at the time.

During my training in various psychological and psychotherapeutic methods, I am very quickon EMDR bumped. And I was extremely impressed, how profound and in what short time this Method a change brings. There was no need to spend many hours talking about the experience in order to process it. Also, “talking about it” doesn’t work for some people. What if, like me, the person affected doesn't remember everything?! Or when something is so emotionally distressing that the mind can't even find words for it?! If the problems are not associated with a triggering experience or if it has been repressed?!
After first experiencing what EMDR can achieve during my training and now with numerous clients, I am absolutely convinced of this method. Above all, the possibility of using hypnosis and genograms to access deeply buried and repressed events and often work with them across generations to resolve emotional pain. It impresses me every time. I love this work with the people who come to me.

"Our head is round, so thinking has directioncan change." (Francis Picabia)

This statement by the French writer, painter and graphic artist describes my attitude most clearly.Change is possible!
With EMDR it is often possible to bring body, mind and soul back into harmony, to process what has been experienced and then to integrate it into one's own life story.

I help people to see, recognize and process what scares them, burdens them and prevents them from becoming the happy and fulfilled, loved person that they actually already are.
