Awork with the I inner T eam (inner parts)

"All the world's a stage and all the men and women merely players."
(William Shakespeare)
J
Every person has different ego parts.
The “ego part” refers to individual aspects of one’s personality, one’s own self. A healthy, unaffected person knows and uses around 5-15 such ego states. They are clearly conscious and are controlled by the ego. Most such ego parts arise in childhood as part of normal development.

G
Healthy ego parts are parts of the “everyday team”, e.g. E.g. the “competent expert” who can give a specialist lecture in front of colleagues, or the “good host” who pours coffee from the right, the “cool guy” or the enthusiastic “cyclist”. These are parts that people have at their disposal and can switch between them as needed.

(e.g. dominant, fearful, destructive, indifferent, shy, courageous, ...)

E
The fearful part can, for example, warn of dangers and protect, but in other situations it will be a hindrance. If you have to give a talk at a conference, a courageous part is much more helpful.
Here, for example, the courageous "warrior" can take the lead and the fearful "child" can wait calmly until the lecture is over.

E
It is often helpful to visualize, name and personify these inner parts.
